Download this PulsedTech Remote Support (also known as Quick Support) application to be able to allow PulsedTech’s Support Team members to connect to your desktop for quick support.

Click on this link and select Run or select it to save it and then run it. Nothing will install on your computer.

You may be asked about other security questions (select Yes and/or Allow).

After you run the application, you will see, if the Internet connection indicator turns green (like in the image to the right), your ID and Password (the password is automatically generated each time you run this tool).

Please, pass this ID and Password to the PulsedTech Support Team Member.

Pulsed Tech Remote Support (QuickSupport) is a licensed TeamViewer module.
